Preorders are live NOW to purchase pastries from Maryah Ananda, Abi Balingit, Connay Bratton, Tanya Bush, Christina Chaey, Zaynab Issa, Zoë Kanan, Mehreen Karim, Tyler Lee , Klancy Miller, Natasha Pickowicz, Woldy Reyes, Sophia Roe, Lauren Schofield, Noreen Wasti, and Kaitlyn Wong.

All net profit will go to Anera—a non-profit providing aid like meals, winter clothing, and hygiene kits in Rafah, Khan Younis, and Gaza’s middle area.

The sale also includes prints of ‘Colonial Cake’, an illustration by Natàlia Pàmies for N.A. Mansour’s piece about the colonial history of the Jaffa orange snack cake and its namesake heirloom Palestinian citrus in Cake Zine’s second issue, Wicked Cake.

Pre-order pick up slots are available from 9:30 am – 1 p.m; please note your desired pickup time in your order. (It will be cold on Thursday and we want to keep outside lines to a minimum!) Any pastries available for purchase day-of will be announced on our Instagram stories Thursday morning. If you’re unable to attend and want to support, we’re collecting donations on Venmo: @cakezine.
